RESERVATIONS POLICIES
Pre-Payments:
- All individual reservation must be prepaid in cash to
100% thirty days before the arrival; otherwise the reservation
automatically will pass to a waiting list. All the groups
must prepay 50% of the reservation thirty days before
and the other 50% eight days before the check in date
to the hotel, otherwise the reservation automatically
will pass to a waiting list.
- All reservation that will take place between 20 of December
and 5 of January must be prepaid to 100% the 1 of november.
- All reservation will be written down, but for its confirmation
it is required the prepayment for the first night, this
prepayment is not reimbursable.
Cancellations:
- With 15 days of anticipation 50% are given back; with
less than 15 days there is no reimbursement, in case that
the 100% have been deposited.
- In groups with prepayment, 50% are given back, in case
that the cancellation has been made 30 days before the
arrival of this group to the hotel, with less than 30
days will be no reimbursement.
Policies for children:
- Children older than 12 years will have to pay like
adults.
- Children with ages between 6 and 11 years will have
to pay half of the tariff for adults by room.
- Children with ages between O and 5 years do not have
to pay.
